Gratitude Heart
In this worksheet, students reflect on things they are happy about, inspired by, and thankful for. There is also a space for them to write about something “great” they plan to do. This activity encourages positivity, gratitude, and goal-setting. It allows students to think about both present happiness and future aspirations.
Practicing gratitude enhances mental well-being and promotes a positive mindset. Thinking about inspirations and future goals builds self-motivation and forward-thinking. Writing about things they are thankful for develops reflective skills and fosters a balanced perspective. This activity also strengthens emotional literacy as students articulate personal joys and ambitions.
